Generations are loosely defined, not just in terms of biology but also in terms of history and technology. The Gen Z cohort refers to those born between 1995-2010 (plus/minus a few years), and we preach tolerance, inclusivity, equality, justice, and happiness.

I am a 23 year old entrepreneur who opened my own business in October of 2020. My business is called The Honey House where, I myself, locally produce and harvest local honey, organic loose-leaf teas, homemade canned goods and more! My involvement in the honey business started over 10 years ago when I joined my uncle who’s hobby was raising bees and harvesting honey every summer. As I grew older, I learned more and more and my passion and interest became stronger as well. I finished College in 2019 with a degree in Marketing and Public Relations and sought out to open my own business with the honey with all the knowledge I acquired over the years of beekeeping, and now merging with my education. The original intent was to bring the honey to farmers market, but the unfortunate hit of the pandemic, was not so unfortunate in the fact that it pushed me to open my own store instead. Thus, opening my doors in Oct of 2020 excited to move forward with the goal of keeping bees apart of our eco-system yet providing one of the best and sweetest products there can be, Honey.
